Who is responsible

RB-Ventures LLC , trading as KlarGefunden, is responsible for this processing. The address and contact details are in the Legal Notice. For data protection matters, write to [email protected].

No patient or health data

Our services do not require patient data, so we do not ask for it. We do not receive, process or store patient records, diagnoses, treatment histories, case details or appointment notes.

• We need no access to practice management systems, patient record systems or laboratory information systems.
• Forms we build for clients send enquiries directly to that organisation wherever possible.
• If health information reaches us anyway, we do not use it — we delete it.

That does not mean we process no personal data at all: when you write to us, we process your contact details. That is covered in the next section.

When you write to us through the form

We receive your name, your organisation, your business email address and phone number, the type of organisation, your canton or postcode, what your enquiry is about, and your message.

We use these details to answer your enquiry, to prepare possible work together and — if we do work together — to manage the client relationship. We do not pass them on, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

The enquiry is delivered to us by email and stored in our internal client system, together with the correspondence that follows from it. We keep it for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, any follow-up and our work together, and delete it after that, unless we are legally required to keep it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Spam protection

The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical details about your browser and your IP address are sent to Cloudflare, Inc. and checked there. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies.

Server logs

When the website is loaded, the server records technically necessary details such as the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser identifier. This serves secure operation and troubleshooting. Form content is not logged.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no advertising pixels, no session recording and no chat widgets. That is why there is no consent banner here. If we ever change that, we will ask you first.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. A short email to [email protected] is enough. The supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

If the way we process data changes, we update this page. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
